Update: What a difference a year makes! I have lived here for over 8 years and this place has come a long way! There have been bad reviews of this property, I know, I lived here during most of them. The current property manager has really worked to straighten out pass issues. Rest assured if you have an issue, she will listen and work hard to resolve it. No more emails that just disappear. As any renter knows, there will always be challenges but it's nice to know that this property manager cares about her tenants. She is a valuable asset to this Tribute property! It was a wonderful and seamless experience. I submitted a form online and was contacted by phone immediately. The work on all the sinks was completed. One part needed to be ordered which arrived in no time. The office contacted me on when the best to time to install the part. It was a great interaction with the office staff and the maintenance personnel. Very happy with the work that was done. Thank you to everyone involved!

Their communication it’s the best they make the best to help you get an apt, it’s my first time moving to an apartment and I’m really happy because their service are great. For me that’s what matters the most the service they give you, thanks a lot BriarCliff Villas!!!!

Miguel was the provider of maintenance to my apartment. He was very professional and respectful. As soon as he walked in, he went straight to the problem and found the issue that my AC unit had. He fixed it and had it all done in less than 20 minutes which was really beneficial for me because I had to get back to work.

I couldn’t be more pleased on how efficient the office was on replacing my dishwasher. Also, Miguel did a wonderful job on fixing my wall. Very attentive. I am extremely pleased. Thank you to everyone to Briarcliff.

Always a pleasant experience when i need to call Briarcliff office to put in a maintenance request. It is ALWAYS very friendly, timely manner experience! The new management is kind, caring and so helpful ! The two young gals in the office are a plus to your company! And of course Miguel , well, he’s one of a kind!
